Founder and Business Consultant
Wayne Lincoln leads BTDC’s work with business owners and management teams.
His approach is to understand the client’s actual operating problem, organise the available information and create a solution that management can use. His work spans accounting and financial reporting, business planning, tender and proposal support, compliance documentation, Microsoft 365, websites, Excel systems, business training and the practical use of AI.
Wayne places particular emphasis on explaining complex requirements in simple language and giving clients documents, tools and procedures that can be implemented after the assignment is completed.
